1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the delivery services provided by iDELIVER PRO LLC to its customers ("Customer"). By using the services of iDELIVER PRO LLC, the Customer agrees to adhere to and be bound by these Terms. It is essential to read and understand these Terms before utilizing our services.
2. Delivery Services
a. Confirmation of Delivery Date and Time: iDELIVER PRO LLC will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate the delivery date and time requested by the Customer. However, the selected delivery date and time may not be guaranteed and will be confirmed upon submission of the request.
b. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Goods: iDELIVER PRO LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of goods during the delivery process. Customers are advised to secure their items adequately and consider insurance coverage where necessary.
3. Payment Transactions
a. Payment Responsibility: iDELIVER PRO LLC does not handle any payment transactions with third parties on behalf of the Customer. All payment arrangements and transactions, including payment for goods or services being delivered, must be directly managed by the Customer. iDELIVER PRO LLC is not involved in the payment processing for any goods or services being delivered.
4. Merchandise Purchases
a. iDELIVER PRO LLC's Non-Involvement: iDELIVER PRO LLC will not sign for any merchandise purchases made by the Customer. Any agreements, disputes, or issues arising from merchandise purchases are solely between the Customer and the relevant seller or merchant.
b. Payment and Product Quality Issues: Any issues related to payment, product quality, or disputes with third parties involved in the transaction should be communicated and resolved directly with the relevant parties responsible for the transaction. iDELIVER PRO LLC is not responsible for, and shall not mediate in, such disputes or issues.
5. Identification Requirements
a. Valid ID: For each delivery service, the Customer is required to present a valid form of identification at the time of pick-up and drop-off. Failure to provide a valid ID may result in the refusal of service.
6. Third-Party Transactions
a. Non-Accountability: iDELIVER PRO LLC shall not be held legally accountable for any third-party transactions initiated by the Customer. This includes, but is not limited to, purchases, payments, and agreements made with external parties.
4. Communication Regarding Issues
a. Contact for Delivery-Related Matters: Customers should contact iDELIVER PRO LLC solely for matters related to the delivery of their items. iDELIVER PRO LLC is not responsible for, and shall not mediate in, Payment and Product Quality disputes and/or issues.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois and applicable federal laws in the United States.
9. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
